Definitions of Services
The following service descriptions explain the basic advantages and disadvantages of various ride types and can help you select the type of booking that best fits your needs. Should you have any additional questions, we invite you to contact us.
Hourly:
This type of service generally offers the most flexibility. When you select an hourly service, you are renting a vehicle and a chauffeur for a specific allotted time. Make unlimited stops. The rate is based on an hourly rate charged on a per-hour basis, pro-rated in 15 minute increments. Hourly services require at least a 2-hour minimum rental. Your service starts and ends at the times you specify when you reserve your rental. During your service, if you determine that you need more time, service may be extended only if the vehicle is available. Therefore, make sure that you reserve your vehicle for the time that you will need it. During your service, you are able to direct your chauffeur to take you wherever you choose. This type of service is advantageous to those who have multiple destinations or those who simply want a vehicle available at their convenience for a specific period of time.

Point-To-Point:
When you select a point-to-point rental, you are renting a vehicle and chauffeur to take you from one specific point to another, one-way. Your service starts at the time you specify and ends when our chauffeur drops you off at your destination. Our reservation system determines the rate based on the number of miles from your pickup address to your destination. For an additional charge, you may add an additional stop provided it is along the route and the stop takes 10 minutes or less. This type of booking may have some limitations. For example, you have a 15 minute window of time from your scheduled pick-up time to begin your ride. If you do not begin your ride within 15 minutes, we will begin charging 'wait time' at the hourly rental rate of the vehicle; prorated in 15 minute increments. This type of rental is advantageous to those who simply need to be taken from one point to another and know exactly when they need to be picked up.

From Airport (Airport Pick-Up):
When you select an airport pick-up, you are reserving a vehicle and chauffeur to pick you up at Austin Bergstrom International Airport, Austin Executive Airport, or any FBO of your choice and then bring you to your destination. Our reservation system determines the rate based on the miles from the airport to your destination. We track your incoming flight and automatically adjust your pickup time if you provide us your flight details at the time of your reservation. Whether your plane is early or late, our driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal upon your arrival. If you entered your mobile phone number when completing your reservation request, you will receive a text from our driver when your plane lands. The text will let you know the driver's name and exactly where to meet inside the terminal (usually close to a passenger exit). If we do not have your mobile number, our driver will meet you at the bottom of the escalators in baggage claim. In either case, our driver will be holding an electronic pad clearly displaying your last name.

To Airport (Airport Drop-Off):
When you select an airport drop-off, you are reserving a vehicle and chauffeur to pick you up at a specific time and location and drop you off at the airport you specify when you make your reservation. We can drop off at Austin Bergstrom International Airport, Austin Executive Airport, or most any airport in Texas. Our reservation system determines the rate based on the miles from your pickup location to the airport.

Wedding Escape-Getaway Car:
This service is specifically for picking up a bride & groom from a staged exit after a wedding or reception. Our driver will interface with your wedding coordinator and arrive on location 20 to 30 minutes prior to your designated exit time to ensure your luggage and other amenities are loaded in your escape vehicle and the vehicle is staged and ready for your exit. Our driver will whisk you away to your destination of choice. When making your reservation, please remember to provide the name and contact information for your wedding coordinator.
