NARRATIVE:

Full-time, Part-Time or Part-Time Weekends.

Full-time chauffeur drivers enjoy a full benefit package including 401k with corporate matching, major medical health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, mobile phone allowance, uniform allowance, and more. Full-time chauffeurs are assigned a primary company vehicle. Full time chauffeurs typically work between 40 and 45 hours per week, although there is opportunity for more hours if desired. Full-time chauffeurs work a 5-day work week and have 2 days off per week.

Full-time chauffeurs are classified as Chauffeur, Executive Chauffeur, or Senior Executive Chauffeur depending on duration of employment, demonstrated abilities, and history of safe driving. Each classification is compensated accordingly.

Part-time chauffeur position is excellent for a retired person who is looking for something to do or those who simply desire to earn extra income. Part-time employees would be required to come to our garages (currently in Pflugerville and Round Rock) to obtain a company vehicle and return the vehicle to the garage at the end of their daily assignments.

COMPENSATION:

 

• Chauffeurs are paid a base hourly rate, plus overtime, plus guaranteed tips (we build-in an automatic 18% tip into every order). Hours worked over 40 hours per week are paid at 1.5 times base hourly rate.
  
  
• In addition, chauffeurs may receive additional cash tips directly from clients for exceptional service.
  
  
• Overall, full-time chauffeurs can expect to earn an employment package worth $60,000 to $100,000 per year.

 

FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:

• 401k Plan, employer-matched 100% up to 3% of your gross income and 50% for 2% additional of your gross income
  
  
• Paid Leave. Earned based on number of hours worked. Paid Leave increases each year of employment. 80 hours maximum leave per year. 40 hours allowed carry-over year-to-year. Any balance of Paid Leave is not paid at termination of employment.

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for professionally transporting passenger(s) in company owned vehicle to and from their homes, airports, and workplaces using a company vehicle. Chauffeurs provide airport, point-to-point, and hourly services. Drivers may operate sedans, SUVs, and/or Mercedes Sprinter Vans as assigned. Drivers assist with handling luggage and open/close vehicle doors.

WORK DAYS/HOURS:

2 fixed days off per week. No set work schedule. Split-shifts throughout the day, based on the needs of the company. Can work with schedule of part-time employee.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You MUST have zero points on your driving record for the past 3 years
  
  
• You MUST have zero accidents on your driving record for the past 3 years
  
  
• You MUST have an Austin Chauffeur's Permit or the ability to obtain a permit
  
  
• You MUST be able to pass a national background check
  
  
• You MUST be a non-smoker
  
  
• You MUST appear and present yourself as a professional at all times. Required dress is a black suit, white shirt, appropriate tie, and black shoes for men; black pant suit and shoes for women
  
  
• We survey our clients. 5-Star service is our standard and is expected in survey results

  Responsable del transporte profesional de pasajeros en su propio vehículo desde y hacia sus hogares, aeropuertos y lugares de trabajo. Los chóferes de contacto ofrecen servicios en aeropuertos, punto a punto y por hora. Los conductores ayudan con el equipaje y abren y cierran las puertas del vehículo.
